Great news has arrived for the residents of Shar-e-Quaid. It has been decided to provide additional 150 MW power from the national grid during the summer
The National Electric Power Control Authority (NEPRA) has approved the supply of 150 MW of additional power to Electric, a company supplying electricity to Karachi in the summer. An agreement has been reached between Central Power Purchasing Company (CPPA), National Transmission and Dispatch Company (NTDC), and K Electric in this regard. It is hoped that the additional power supply will save the lives of Karachi residents from load shedding in the summer season.
